Ingredients
- 1 tin of jackfruit in water, drained
- 1 small white onion, finely chopped
- 4 heaped tbsp of sticky bbq sauce
olive oil
Method
1 Heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium – high heat and cook the chopped onions until they start to brown.
2 Add the jackfruit and the bbq sauce, and reduce the heat and allow to for 8-10 minutes, moving the ingredients round the pan ( the jackfruit will start to soften).
3 Remove from the heat and enjoy.
