This is such a warming, nutrient rich dish for the whole family!
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp paprika
1 tin of chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1 tin of chopped tomatoes with basil & oregano
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onions until they start to brown. Add the paprika, chickpeas & tomatoes. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve as desired, and/or box up as meal prep.
*For younger babies you can mash the chickpeas depending on the textures your little one prefers
