You don’t need 20 different ingredients to create a deliciously nourishing & well balanced meal!
You’ll need:
100g tempeh, cut into cubes
80g broccoli, cut into florets
80g asparagus
125g microwaveable grains
Teriyaki sauce
Sesame seeds
Avocado oil
Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Lay the tempeh out and drizzle with teriyaki sauce. Lay out the veg and drizzle in avocado oil. Bake in the oven for 15 mins and serve with the grains. Finish off with sesame seeds and enjoy!
