Seriously, there are so much better than regular greens
Broccoli, cut into florets
Salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper. Spread the greens across the tray and drizzle with avocado oil (be generous), sprinkle with nutritional yeast and season with salt and pepper. Use your hands to toss the veg so it’s covered in the ingredients and bake in the oven for 12 minutes until crispy. Serve with any main meal and enjoy!
