Cool down with this seriously fruity and satisfying homemade sorbet!
You’ll need:
450g frozen strawberries
250g frozen banana
200ml tinned coconut milk
A squeeze of 1 fresh lime
A few drops of vanilla stevia (can also use maple syrup) – I advise not adding maple syrup when making for under 4s.
Blitz all ingredients in a food processor until well combined. You can eat straight away or leave to set a little more in the freezer. Allow to thaw so you can scoop it easily. Keep in airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy!
