Description

Helping you to support your children on a plant based diet to optimise their health

“I have followed a plant based diet since my early 20s omitting all meat products from my diet. Although I am flexible in regards to foods such as fish, eggs and dairy, my reasons for adopting a predominantly plant based diet were a mixture of health related, animal welfare and sustainability. Before I even fell pregnant, I felt passionately about raising my son plant based, whilst also being open that the older he gets, he may want to try foods outside of what he was raised on. However, with the abundance of research that we have around plant based nutrition, I personally believe it is the best decision and I want to help educate parents and caregivers who want to learn more about plant based eating and how it might benefit their children, whilst empowering them to feed their family in a way they feel best based on the knowledge accessible.”
