Ingredients
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of blueberries (or raspberries)
- 1/2 an apple, cut into chunks
Crumble topping:
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
1 In a bowl, combine the blueberries, maple syrup and apple. Spoon into a medium-sized ramekin or an oven safe bowl.
2 Combine all the ingredients for the crumble in a separate bowl and mix well with your fingers until it starts to crumble together.
3 Cover the fruit with the crumble and bake in the oven for 20 mins (180 degrees Celsius) until golden on top. ENJOY!
